Anatomy of a TradeVelocity signal
When the AI engine emits a signal, you see a card with these fields:
🟢 BTC/USDT LONG A+ [SCALP]
Entry: $67,200 — $67,450
SL: $66,500
TP1 (50%): $68,100
TP2 (30%): $69,300
TP3 (20%): $70,800
Let's break each one down.
Asset + direction + grade + timeframe
- BTC/USDT: the trading pair (Bitcoin vs Tether)
- LONG / SHORT: trade direction
- A+: confidence grade from the AI engine (A+ is the highest, B is the lowest tier we publish)
- [SCALP / SWING / POSITION]: which timeframe profile produced this
Entry zone (a range, not a single price)
We give you a RANGE because price often pulls back into a zone before resuming. If you place a limit order at the LOW edge ($67,200), you get the best fill but might miss the move. At the HIGH edge ($67,450), you get filled almost immediately at slightly worse price.
Tip: split your entry — half at the high edge, half at the low edge.
Stop-loss
Hard line. If price hits $66,500, exit immediately. The AI sizes the stop based on the asset's recent volatility — wide enough to survive normal noise, tight enough to define your risk clearly.
Three take-profit targets
The AI splits every signal into three exits:
- TP1 (50% close): closest target, fills fast, captures most of the win rate
- TP2 (30% close): medium target, requires some follow-through
- TP3 (20% close): most ambitious, the "let it ride" portion
The split exists for a reason. Locking in profit at TP1 means most signals end up green even if price reverses. The remainder rides toward larger targets without you having to manage it.
What happens AFTER entry fills
This is where TradeVelocity diverges from typical fire-and-forget signals. After entry, the AI actively manages the trade:
- Entry fills → you see "Entry filled" notification
- TP1 hits → 50% closes automatically; the AI moves your stop above entry. Trade is now structurally incapable of losing money.
- TP2 hits → 30% more closes; the AI engages a trailing mechanism on the remaining 20%. Stop walks up with price.
- TP3 hits → final 20% closes. Full target captured.
Or alternative:
- Momentum breaks down mid-trade → AI tightens the stop to lock current gain rather than ride back to breakeven
- The trade goes nowhere for too long → AI closes at market to free the slot for fresher setups

Setting up your account size + risk %
In Settings → Trading Account Balance + Risk Per Trade:
- Account Balance: tell us your trading capital
- Risk per Trade: typically 1-2%
The signal card now shows your EXACT position size in dollars + units. No mental math required — the AI sizes it for you.
